E.L.F. is a great budget brand that I have been buying from since I was at college. They have such a great range of products; all for amazingly low prices. And when these gorgeous, £10, palettes appeared in my inbox I was too excited not to share! There are two palettes; the California and the New York. The first encaptures that cool, effortless and summery vibe of Cali whereas the second has darker, smokier shades to represent the city that never sleeps.
There are 10 baked eyeshadow shades in each palette, working out at a mere pound for each shadow! So I think the hardest decision will be WHICH one?! Whichever tickles your pickle; you can buy them from here.
